About Talent Civic

A staffing company owned and run by the three people who do the work. We are new as a company. We are not new to the work, and this page is where you can check both claims for yourself.

How the company is built

Talent Civic is an equal three-way partnership between three technology professionals who had each spent years inside large consulting and delivery organisations before starting this one. We incorporated federally in 2026 and registered in Ontario, and we operate from Oakville.

Saying a company is founder-led is easy and usually means nothing. Here is what it means in practice at ours, in terms you can hold us to:

• A partner is on every account. Not an account manager reporting to a partner. A partner.
• The person who takes your requirement is the person accountable for filling it. Nothing is handed to a delivery team you have not met.
• Decisions get made in the conversation. Rate, structure, exceptions. There is no regional approval sitting between you and an answer.
• We answer within two business days, whether the answer is yes, no, or not yet.

The honest trade-off of a small firm is depth of bench, and we would rather name it than have you discover it. We will tell you when a requirement is outside what we can genuinely cover, and we would rather lose the work than fill it badly. That is a real constraint, and it is also the reason the first four commitments above are possible at all.

What we do

We recruit, vet and place people onto government programs and onto private-sector projects, across administrative and clerical, program and contract management, IT and technical, human resources and recruiting, finance and accounting, and field and logistics support.

We built our sourcing, screening and record-keeping around what government work is contracted against, because that is the harder standard. Private-sector clients get the same process and are welcome to ignore the parts they do not need.

Company details

Everything a buyer or a candidate might reasonably want to verify, in one place. The corporation number can be checked against the federal corporations register.

If you need something that is not here, ask. A buyer should not have to guess at a supplier's particulars, and we would rather publish them than field the same email repeatedly.
