Staffing public programs, on the record.

We recruit, screen and place contract and permanent staff for government and the broader public sector, and for private-sector clients held to the same standard. Everything a buyer would ask us is published before they ask.

Two business days

To a response, either way

Including when the answer is that we are not the right supplier for the requirement.

Every two weeks

Workers paid, on schedule

Regardless of when the client settles our invoice.

Six checks

Before anyone is submitted

The same package on every candidate, whichever discipline the role sits in.

Where we stand today, including what is not in place yet

Three states only. Confirmed means it exists and we can evidence it. In progress means it is genuinely under way. On request means we will send it rather than publish it.

Founder-led, and small on purpose

The person who decides to put a candidate in front of you is the person who answers when something goes wrong.

A partner is on every account. Not an account manager reporting to a partner. Rate, structure and exceptions get decided in the conversation, with no regional approval sitting between you and an answer.

The honest trade-off of a small firm is depth of bench, and we would rather name it than have you discover it. We will tell you when a requirement is outside what we can genuinely cover, and we would rather lose the work than fill it badly.

An equal three-way partnership. How the company is run is set out on our About page, alongside the company details in full.

Tell us what you need staffed.

Send the requirement or the solicitation document to [email protected]. We respond within two business days, including when the answer is no.
